規則

男子十五人聯賽

IRB LAWS of the Game will be applied to Tertiary Men’s 15s league
Date: Start from 14^th of April (Every Saturday afternoon, see fixture schedule)
Venue: KP / SKM / THT
Game format: 15s-a-side (Full contact)
Game time: 35 minutes halves, 2 halves with 5 minutes break
6 teams in one pool, and 2 pools in total. Pool games will a round robin format, 1^st placed team in each pool will enter the Cup final; 2^nd of placed team will enter the Plate final; 3^rd placed team in each pool will enter the Bowl final & 4^th place team in each pool will enter to Shield final.
Substitution: rolling substitute
Scrum: Contested scrum (if there are not enough front row players, the team can request non-contested scrum 2 days before the game)
No. of player: not less than 12 and not more than 25 (All teams have right to request to play 10s instead of 15s, however both team coaches/ representatives must agree)
Player eligibility: Players must provide a valid student ID card. Players must be 18 years old or above. (Any players under 18 must fill the approval statement.)
Coach / captain have right to request the opposite player to present Student ID card for proof.

女子十人聯賽

No. of player: not less than 7 and not more than 16
Player eligibility: Players must provide a valid student ID card. Players must be 18 years old or above. (Any players under 18 must fill the approval statement.)
Coach / captain have right to request the opposite player to present Student ID card for proof.
