The Hong Kong rugby community has a long history of supporting charities at home, in the region, and around the world.

The HKRFU has a dedicated Charities Committee which looks at opportunities to support worthwhile causes and co-ordinate efforts between the Union, the Rugby Union Club, and the member clubs.
