League Fixture Control Panel Ruling

The League Fixture Control Panel today (17th February 2012) recieved a request from SCAA CWB RFC for temporary dispensation of three (3) players, Thomas Leung, Michael Lo and Bee Wong to play up from Community League 3 in Premiership and Premiership A during Round 16.

SCAA CWB RFC also asked for dispensation for the three (3) players, Thomas Leung, Maichael Lo and Bee Wong to not be penalized and regarded as elite squad players, thus making them ineligable to play for the Community League 3 team for the remaining matches of the season

The consensus decision of the LFCP is to allow the three (3) players, Thomas Leung, Michael Lo and Bee Wong to play in the Premiership and Premiership A tomorrow (18th February 2012) and then allow them to revert back to Community League 3 status for Round 17.

In addition the three (3) players, Thomas Leung, Michael Lo and Bee Wong will not be eligiable to play down in Community League 2 or 3.
