The Hong Kong Rugby Football Union (HKRFU) was established in 1952 and is a founding member of the Asian Rugby Union, playing a key role in developing the game of rugby in Asia. The HKRFU governs all rugby in Hong Kong, stages rugby events, including the Hong Kong Sevens, and actively promotes development of the game at all levels.

We are currently looking for appropriate candidates in the following position(s):

1. Facilities Supervisor

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be working under our subsidiary the Rugby Events Asia Limited (REAL) and assist the Facilities Manager to supervise the daily operations of the King’s Park Community Ground. Major duties include:

To manage ground staff working schedules
To supervise activities of duty ground staff
To conduct regular inspection of facilities and equipment and prepare damage/repair reports
To ensure all grounds and associated facilities are well prepared before use
To act as primary point of contact for all user groups
To maintain proper records and to prepare relevant reports
Ensure all activities are operated within health and safety guidelines and conform to HKRFU standard operating procedures

Requirements:

Diploma Sports and Recreational Management
Have at least 1 year working experiences in a relevant sports facilities role
Excellent communication skills
Excellent spoken and written Chinese and English

The working location is at King’s Park Sports Ground, No.11 Wylie Path, Ho Man Tin, Kowloon.
