(1) 2012 Summer Rugby Training Course

(Apply before 25th June 2012)

Objective:
Provide an interesting and enjoyable introduction to the sport of rugby through systematic coaching course run by qualified coaches in a safe environment.

Course Content:

Introduction to rugby. It includes basic theory, fundamental team skills, and fitness training.

Mini - Introducing Non-contact Rugby to age 4-11 years

Youth - Introducing Full Rugby Game to age 12-17 years

A certificate will be given after completion of training.
