SEPTEMBER - IRB LEVEL 1 REFEREE'S COURSE

What: Three-part, IRB certificated course for participants wishing to begin rugby refereeing at any level, offering theory and practical modules on basic refereeing skills.
Who: For persons wishing to become a rugby referee.
Where: HKRFU, Room 2001, 2/F, Olympic House, So Kon Po, Causeway Bay.
When: 7.15pm to 10.30pm each night

Part A - Thursday, September 18, 2008
Part B - Tuesday, September 23, 2008
Part C - Thursday, September 25, 2008
Cost: HK$300 (includes first year's subs to Ref's Society)
