1. Facilities Supervisor

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be working under our subsidiary the Rugby Events Asia Limited (REAL) and assist the Facilities Manager to supervise the daily operations of the King’s Park Community Ground. Major duties include:

• To manage ground staff working schedules
• To supervise activities of duty ground staff
• To conduct regular inspection of facilities and equipment and prepare damage/repair reports
• To ensure all grounds and associated facilities are well prepared before use
• To act as primary point of contact for all user groups
• To maintain proper records and to prepare relevant reports
• Ensure all activities are operated within health and safety guidelines and conform to HKRFU standard operating procedures

Requirements:

• Diploma Sports and Recreational Management
• Have at least 1 year working experiences in a relevant sports facilities role
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent spoken and written Chinese and English
