We would encourage you all to maintain stringent personal and workplace hygiene with the following reminders:
- Wash your hands frequently
- Avoid touching your face
- Clean your phone computer and desk surfaces regularly with alcohol wipes
- If you have a fever, dry cough or runny nose, wear a mask, stay at home and visit your family doctor.
- Avoid travelling at peak times and stagger your working hours to limit number of people in office at one time.
- If possible, use your own cups, bowls and utensils and wash them after use rather than using shared cups and eating utensils.
- Maintain a healthy diet with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables
- Take regular exercise – a brisk walk for 20 mins is good for you
- Get plenty of sleep
