Hygiene Reminders

Personal and Workplace Hygiene

We would encourage you all to maintain stringent personal and workplace hygiene with the following reminders:

  • Wash your hands frequently
  • Avoid touching your face
  • Clean your phone computer and desk surfaces regularly with alcohol wipes
  • If you have a fever, dry cough or runny nose, wear a mask, stay at home and visit your family doctor.
  • Avoid travelling at peak times and stagger your working hours to limit number of people in office at one time.
  • If possible, use your own cups, bowls and utensils and wash them after use rather than using shared cups and eating utensils.
  • Maintain a healthy diet with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables
  • Take regular exercise – a brisk walk for 20 mins is good for you
  • Get plenty of sleep
