Summer is coming, and this is a great opportunity to try and learn about the sport of rugby!
These courses provide a platform to learn the fundamental skills of rugby and a chance to meet some new friends!
The Elementary Rugby Training Course will cover the following:
*Each individual can only enroll for ONE venue.
**Each courses has a quota of 30.
***Please ensure you have selected the appropriate course according to YOUR GENDER.

The training is divided into two phases:
Phase one focuses on the introduction of non-contact rugby, learning about the fundamental rules of rugby, as well as individual skills and basic team strategies.
Phase two focuses on advanced technique and unit skills and the understanding of the formation of traditional 15-a-side rugby.
An e-certificate will be emailed after completion of the course.

Male and female of 18 or above on or before the first date of the courses.
