Summer is coming, and this is a great opportunity to try and learn about the sport of rugby!
These courses provide a platform to learn the fundamental skills of rugby and a chance to meet some new friends!
The Summer Rugby Training Course (Mini) aims to introduce Touch Rugby to children aged 4-11, including basic theory, fundamental team skills and fitness training. The course will cover:
•Fundamental skills of Touch Rugby
•Basic skills: Catch & Pass/Agility/Game understanding
•Other skills: Communication/Teamwork/Leadership
Attendance E-Certificate can be issued with minimum 50% attendance
Participants will receive a t-shirt upon application (to be distributed at training)
*Each individual can only enroll for ONE venue.
**Each course has a quota of 80.

Boys and girls aged 4-11 years old on or before 3 July 2023
Fee: HK$300
Upon successful enrollment, the fee cannot be refunded.
