2016 marks the most expansive entertainment offering ever for the Sevens as the HKRU will offer seven days of fan experiences billed as HKSEVENS Rugby Week. Among the highlights of the week-long rugby party is the HKSEVENS Kick-off Concert on Wednesday, 6 April, at the Sevens Village directly across from the Stadium.

David Hasselhoff, international recording artist and star of the seminal television series Knight Rider and Baywatch in the 1980s and 1990s, will host the concert; he will be joined by Scottish rockers The Proclaimers and renowned ABBA tribute band Björn Again.
