Mick’s true passion is helping people achieve their goals and aspirations in any area of life that is challenging and his inspiring energy has led many people through their journey of personal change.
He comes from a 29 year military background having been a Captain with the Army Physical Training Corps and has been responsible for the development of many specialist programmes that are still used by the military today.
They often feel like they can’t quite get there and are uncertain where or how to best direct their energy to perform at a higher level.This could be influenced by life, business, relationships or even mental wellness in some cases.
It has achieved some amazing results with more complex groups of people and is currently supporting some large companies involved in transforming rehabilitation. Its academic home is The University of Central Lancashire and ongoing studies are reaffirming its place as a recognised model for personal change.
HKRU have employed his skills as the new Performance Lifestyle Manager and he looks forward to getting the most from all of its players and coaches.
Sarah is an energetic, understanding and nurturing coach.
Sarah’s work experience is varied and rich and this has enabled her to help others to achieve their full potential and allow their true self to shine through. From coaching underprivileged school dropouts through to teaching privileged gifted and talented internationalstudents, Sarah’s work has led her to believe that the key to personal and professional success lies in the individuals capacity to be aware of, control and express their emotions and to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically.
Her passion is to help initiate emotional change and transformation to enable individuals to realize their full potential both individually and as part of a team. Sarah’s first hand experience of emotional transformation leaves her in no doubt as to the personal power and freedom it can give.
Sarah’s working career - teacher, trainer, PA and manager - has revolved around helping others, with her most rewarding role by far being that of a mother, closely followed by a Spectrum Performance and Emotional Trainer.
