Super Rugby 2018 - Tickets Terms and Conditions

Tickets are issued subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

  1. Spectators must comply with the Stadia Regulation (Cap.132 sub. leg. (BY)) of the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the “Terms and Conditions of Use of Mong Kok Stadium for Major Local and International Sporting Events”.   2. The right of admission is reserved by the Hong Kong Rugby Union and Mong Kok Stadium.
  3. Any person who is found to have brought prohibited items will be denied of entry. Prohibited items include but not limited to (i) plastic, glass, metal bottles or containers except those with baby food and medication; (ii) any items simulating the uniform or equipment of the disciplined services, e.g. imitation firearms, handcuffs, chains; (iii) rugby balls; (iv) general dangerous items, e.g. knives, batons, fireworks, party poppers, explosives, bright light emitting devices or any kind of article, object or substance which could be used as a weapon or which may be harmful to health; (v) sticks, clubs, bats, helmets, selfie sticks, etc.; (vi) any noise instruments e.g. electronic musical instruments, loud hailers or Vuvuzela; (vii) any remote controlled flying devices or toys, e.g. model helicopters, drones; (viii) food, beverages, merchandise or publicity items to be sold or distributed without authorisation; (ix) any items like flags, banners, buntings, posters, flyers, leaflets, and/or other promotional, propaganda and display materials, the contents of which are discriminatory, political, or have any association with racist, xenophobic, charitable or ideological nature or items that could detract from the sporting focus, compromise public safety and security, or restrict the view of other spectators and / or harm the reputation of the Match; (x) anything containing intoxicating liquor; and (xi) any other thing that may constitute an infringement of the Stadia Regulation.
  4. To ensure public safety, the Mong Kok Stadium’s security staff has the authority to inspect the personal belongings of spectators entering the Stadium.
  5. Throwing objects, foul language and behaving in a disorderly manner in Mong Kok Stadium is prohibited.
  6. No flags, banners, buntings, posters, flyers, leaflets, and/or publicity, promotional, propaganda and display materials of any kind may be displayed in Mong Kok Stadium without the permission of the Hong Kong Rugby Union or Mong Kok Stadium.
  7. No unauthorized persons shall enter the turf pitch level unless so directed by an Event or Mong Kok Stadium Staff. Persons entering the turf pitch level without authorization will be prosecuted.
  8. The Hong Kong Rugby Union and Mong Kok Stadium reserve the right to remove any person from the Stadium who fails to comply with an instruction from an Event or Stadium staff.
  9. Ticket holder shall be responsible for the safekeeping of the ticket and wristband. No replacement ticket or wristband will be issued for any damaged or lost ticket or wristband. Entry may also be refused if tickets or wristbands are damaged or defaced.
  10. Re-entry into the Mong Kok Stadium is by a wristband with a valid ticket only at the dedicated re-entry gate located at the entrance/exit to the Stadium. Re-entry may be refused if either ticket or wristband is damaged or defaced.
  11. Ticket holder agrees not to bring any claim or proceeding against Hong Kong Rugby Union for any damage, loss, injury or liability suffered while attending the Match, except for liability that by law cannot be excluded. Hong Kong Rugby Union excludes all liability to the holder in tort (including negligence), contract or ailment for acts or omissions of Hong Kong Rugby Union, its employees and contractors arising out of or in relation to the Match.
  12. Photographs taken and video shooting within the venue may be used only for private non-commercial purposes. Publication/distribution of such photographs or videos in any media is forbidden. Making/distribution of broadcasts, commentary, news reports or statistics (by any means in any format or media including any such commentary made by mobile phone or other wireless device) is forbidden.
  13. Ticket holder (i) consents to the broadcasting or other distribution of images of him/herself whilst at the venue and (ii) waives on an irrevocable worldwide, perpetual basis all rights to object to such broadcasting/distribution in any media.
  14. Ticket holder agrees not to engage in any ambush marketing that would infringe the rights of those parties commercially associated with the Match.
  15. Children 2 years and under on the 19th May 2018 may enter Mong Kok Stadium free of charge when accompanied by an adult with an adult ticket.
  16. A child that is 12 years and under on the 19th May 2018 is able to enter Mong Kok Stadium with a child ticket.
  17. If there is no play on a given day of the Match then a ticketholder will be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket for that day only; whether any play has taken place shall be the decision of the Match director and their decision is final.

Super Rugby 2018 - Prohibited Items at Mong Kok Stadium
