In accordance with Article 12.5(b)(i), notice is hereby given of the number of elected directors to be elected at the upcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 25^th August 2022. The positions for election are detailed below and a formal notice of the AGM will be sent in due course in accordance with Article 10.4(a).

Positions to be Elected at 2022 AGM  

• Chairman (2 year term)
• Director of Finance (1 year term)
• Elected Director (2 year term)
• Elected Director (1 year term)

Prospective candidates are reminded that in order to be considered for election they must be nominated in writing by two member clubs no later than 21 days prior to the AGM in accordance with Article 12.5 (b)(ii).
