If you woke up on Monday morning this week with hot flushes, cold sweats, and a pounding headache, don’t worry, this is entirely natural – you are suffering the typical symptoms of Sevens-withdrawal. But never fear, we can help! This Friday and Saturday get up to King’s Park Sports Ground and enjoy the 2017 University Sports Federation Rugby Sevens Tournament.

There are 11 men’s and 10 women’s teams in action, Friday play kicks-off at 10am and runs through until 6pm, while Saturday it’s 10am to 4pm. It should be a cracking competition, with last year’s men’s champions City University expecting a fierce challenge from the Standard Chartered Tertiary Sevens runners-up Education University of Hong Kong, while in the women’s section reigning champions Chinese University will likewise be glancing over their shoulders at the girls from Baptist University.
