HKRU U8 COACHING COURSE

The HKRU Under 8 course is designed specifically for those coaching the non-contact version of the game to U5s-U8s. Participants learn to introduce rugby to beginners through fun and safe activities. The course covers: Ball manipulation and Boundary Games, Skill Development, Laws, Health and Safety and Group Management.
