In accordance with the requirements of the Hong Kong China Rugby Articles of Association, the following votes for Directorship were made at the 69th Annual General Meeting held on Thursday 28 August 2025 at the Lockhart Room, Hong Kong Football Club.
Director of Finance (one position filled):
- Scott Lindsay
Elected Directors (three positions filled):
- Peter Glanville, Rod Lai, Casey Stone
Prior to the AGM, in accordance with HKCR Article 12.9 (c), Committee Members also confirmed the election of three Independent Directors:
- Gill Meller, Brett Free, Andrew Huang
