In accordance with the requirements of the Hong Kong China Rugby Articles of Association, the following Nominations for Directorship have been made. Voting will take place at the 69th Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday 28 August 2025 at the Lockhart Room, Hong Kong Football Club.
Director of Finance (one position to be filled):
- Scott Lindsay, Martin Murray
Elected Directors (two positions to be filled):
- Peter Glanville, Rod Lai, Casey Stone, Olly Stratton
Prior to the AGM, in accordance with HKCR Article 12.9 (c), Committee Members also confirmed the election of three Independent Directors:
- Gill Meller, Brett Free, Andrew Huang
