Introduction to Match Officiating (Level 1).
Full-day, non-assessed, attendance-based course which helps you to referee the basic components of the game in a practical-based environment.
This course aims to provide participants who have an interest in becoming a match official with a basic level of understanding of how to referee at youth and senior rugby in Hong Kong.
Upon successful completion of the course you should be able to demonstrate basic officiating skills and to officiate aspects of the game in a modified context.
