Asia Rugby Emirates Men's Championship
Hong Kong China Men’s XVs are in battle in the Asia Rugby Emirates Men’s Championship 2025. Are you ALL IN?

After Hong Kong China’s 43-10 win away to the United Arab Emirates in the opening match, followed by a 78-7 win at home against Sri Lanka, all eyes are now on Incheon ahead of the team’s final match against Korea on Saturday 5 July.

With Hong Kong China on top of the league standings (10 points) – and Korea in second place (7 points) – both teams go into the match knowing that a win will see them top the table and lift the trophy. Should both teams finish level on points (for example 11 points each or 12 points each) then the head-to-head record will be used as a tie breaker.

Hong Kong China are chasing a sixth consecutive Asia Rugby Championship title and, more importantly for this year, a spot at Rugby World Cup 2027 in Australia – with automatic qualification to the newly expanded 24-team World Cup awarded to the championship winners.
