Across Hong Kong, more than 50 senior teams do battle each weekend throughout our domestic rugby season. All ability levels are invited to be part of the action, thanks to our structure of premiership, championship, community and university leagues.

Rugby has exploded in recent years across Hong Kong’s tertiary institutions as teams battle it out at the annual Tertiary Invitations Sevens, Rugby Sevens (XRugby) and Touch Championship competitions – with all tertiary institutions welcome to enter.
Universities that are a part of The University Sports Federation of Hong Kong can also take part in the annual USFHK Rugby Sevens Competition.
