RUGBY AT SCHOOL
Our school programs blend the skills and core values of rugby – empathy, honesty, passion and inclusion – with life lessons and mental health awareness for students. They feature school demonstrations, training sessions and, of course, regular play.
This includes the Jockey Club All About Rugby programme, delivered with the ongoing support of the Hong Kong Jockey Club, which teaches an age-specific curriculum to over 200 local schools.

JOCKEY CLUB ALL ABOUT RUGBY
RUGBY SPIRIT PROGRAMME
The Hong Kong Jockey Club-funded programME offers an age-specific curriculum promoting children's holistic wellbeing. Beyond rugby training, it integrates rugby's core values and life skills to enhance students' physical and mental health. This programme also equips students with problem-solving skills for adversity and enables schools to establish regular rugby training sessions, promoting structured engagement with sport.

Teamwork
The programME uses play-based learning to let students experience the differences between situations and attitudes across each activity. Group discussions are also held, encouraging students to apply their experiences learnt in training to their daily lives and helping them tackle their difficulties with a positive attitude.
