CATHAY YOUTH INVITATIONAL 7S 2027
The Cathay Youth Invitational 7s is Hong Kong’s premier youth rugby 7s tournament, bringing international teams to Asia’s World City at the spiritual home of rugby sevens.

The 2-day tournament takes place at Kai Tak Sports Park during Sevens Week and has established itself as a premier tournament for youth rugby.

The tournament takes place in the lead up to the Cathay/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens, and is delivered by Hong Kong China Rugby and supported by Cathay. Top schools, academies and clubs play across age grades and genders and is a platform for aspiring athletes to showcase their skills against top opposition.

The tournament takes place annually during Sevens Week, alongside the world-class Cathay/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens. Male and female school and club teams from across Asia and the world compete, providing a unique platform for aspiring athletes to showcase their skills alongside the iconic Cathay/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens.

The state-of-the-art venue has central transport links, well situated accommodation, and renowned cultural attractions. The Cathay Youth 7s provides an exceptional rugby and travel experience for players, coaches, and supporters alike.
