MEN'S 15S VS ACT BRUMBIES

Hong Kong China Men’s XVs battled top-flight Australian club side ACT Brumbies to a 21-21 draw at half-time before eventually succumbing to the visitors, 63-31, last night at Hong Kong Football Club.

It was a much-improved showing after a loss to Japan XV side at Kai Tak Stadium a fortnight ago. On that occasion, Hong Kong China struggled to master territory and possession at times, but they righted that scenario from the off against the Brumbies with an impressive first half.

Hong Kong China Men's XVS have confirmed a 23-player squad to take on the ACT Brumbies on Saturday 8 November at Hong Kong Football Club (KO 4:30PM).

The ACT Brumbies are a top-tier Super Rugby franchise from Canberra, with the friendly fifteens fixture serving as final preparation for the International Test Match against Portugal in Lisbon a week later (Saturday 15 November).
