Senior Graphic Designer

Job summary

We are seeking a true believer of the power of creativity that drives results, possess a strong design sense, knowledge of communication hierarchy and has solid typographical skills. You’ll be responsible for helping to define the image of the Union's communications across both print and digital platforms.

 

Specific responsibilities

  • Create print advertising, leaflet designs, POS layouts and digital assets for Facebook, Twitter, webbanner, website and eDMs
  • Knowledge of HTML
  • Create event collaterals and work with vendor for production/execution
  • Manage event branding and creative on-site to deliver project objectives
  • Partner with internal departments to assist in plan/coordinate event logistics
  • Deliver creative ideas and designs that deliver results
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required

Development Physiotherapist

Job summary

The role will report to the Head of Player Welfare & Medical and Lead Physiotherapist and will be responsible for physiotherapy management of national players, as well as delivery of group and individual based rehabilitation programs.

 

Specific responsibilities

  • To provide evidence-based physiotherapy and rehabilitation to national players, primarily players within Women’s XV’s, development and national age-grade programs, including physiotherapy coverage of training sessions and tours
  • To design and deliver individual and group rehabilitation sessions for injured players
  • To complete physiotherapy assessments, including use of relevant outcome measures
  • To work closely with other national Physiotherapists and Strength & Conditioning coaches to provide effective strategies for rehabilitation and prevention of injuries
  • To monitor player wellness and injury status and provide reports for discussion to the management and medical teams
  • To work closely with a multidisciplinary team of support staff, including regular communication with rugby coaches, managers, doctors and other relevant staff
  • To develop and complete appropriate screening processes for Women’s XV’s and development players, and assist with screening for other national squads, as required
  • To maintain thorough clinical records and input screening and injury surveillance data
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required

Elite Rugby Program (ERP) Assistant Physiotherapist – Locum 9-12 months contract

Job summary

The role will report to the Head of Player Welfare & Medical and Lead Physiotherapist and will be responsible for providing physiotherapy management of the ERP squad.

 

Specific responsibilities

  • To work closely with the Lead Physiotherapist to provide evidence-based physiotherapy and rehabilitation to ERP players
  • To provide acute injury management and preparation including strapping for training and games
  • To implement and supervise rehabilitation sessions for injured players
  • To complete physiotherapy assessments, including use of relevant outcome measures
  • To work closely with other National physiotherapists and Strength & Conditioning coaches to provide effective strategies for rehabilitation and prevention of injuries
  • To monitor player wellness and injury status and provide reports for discussion by the management and medical teams
  • To work closely with a multidisciplinary team of support staff, including regular communication with rugby coaches, managers, doctors and other relevant staff
  • To assist in completing ERP musculoskeletal screening processes
  • To maintain thorough clinical records and input screening and injury surveillance data
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required
