Steve has been working with the HKRU since 2008, having previously spent 3 years working for the RFU in England. In his time in Hong Kong he has coached at all levels of club rugby, from the Premiership down to Under 5's. He has also coached at almost every level of the national structure having worked both the men's and women's 15's and 7's from Under 14 to the senior teams. However, his passion has always been in Coach Education. Steve has worked hard to expand his skills as a Coach Educator and develop a unique Hong Kong model. This has led to him and his ideas being in demand around the Asia region.
A former player, who represented Hong Kong at "A" squad level, Steve is also interested in learning from a variety of other sports and regularly attends Muay Thai and yoga to improve his physical and mental fitness and gain more understanding of the learning process.

Cathy shows great passion in playing volleyball and hopes to contribute her knowledge and skills to sport development in Hong Kong.
