Junior Performance Overview

The junior performance programmes are designed to develop promising young rugby athletes from the ages of 16 – 23 years, with players based both in Hong Kong and overseas. The programme structure allows for progression in both the Men’s and Women’s XV & VII formats of the game – the objectives of these pathways are to develop skills, strength and conditioning, as well as provide athlete lifestyle support and guidance.
