Women's XV's Performance Programme
In 2017 the Women’s National XV team became the first senior side in Hong Kong to compete at a Rugby World Cup. That tournament, held in Ireland, proved to be both an inspiration and the catalyst for the continued growth of women’s performance rugby in Hong Kong.
The foundation for continued success is the Nan Fun Group / SEWIT Hong Kong Women’s Premiership which consists of 6 teams and provides players with a high calibre competition week in, week out. Players also train regularly in a high-calibre national team environment under the guidance of coach Royce Chan.
