Aberdeen Dolphins Rugby Club, established in November 1997, is a district rugby club under the Hong Kong Rugby Football Union. We are a non-profit community sports club sponsored by LCSD of Hong Kong government. The club is formed and run by parents volunteer.
Our mission is to promote rugby to local community focusing on youth and children. With qualified coaches and enthusiastic parent helpers, progressive rugby training is provided on Sunday mornings. Through the development of our players' sportsmanship and teamwork spirit, rugby can enhance their whole person development.
Discovery Bay Pirates runs the following mixed age groups U5/U6, U7, U8, U9, U10,U11, U12, with an additional two girls only age groups of U9/10 & U11/U12. Girls can play in the mixed teams, girls only teams or both. Space is always limited and for the combined age group of U5/U6 preference will be to the older children before accepting the youngest of our Pirates.

The Flying Kukris rugby football club is entirely run by volunteers, mostly parents, to provide rugby training to both boys and girls from the age of 4 up to 18. We are always willing to welcome new members, both players and parents keen on supporting the Club. There's no major need to know much about rugby; merely an enthusiasm for sport. Hong Kong East Rugby Football Club (HKE) was established since 1 October 2006, member of Hong Kong Mini Rugby Football Union, Hong Kong Colts Rugby Association and sponsored by Hong Kong Rugby Union.
We use "Cheetah" as the mascot of HKE to support environmental and animal protection. Since day 1 we actively promote rugby & recruit aged 4 to 11 kids to play rugby and enhance their team skill growth. We deeply believe that with the joint effort from parents, peers, and coaches to help young kids improve their skills, resilience, develop good sportsmen spirit, fair play & dare to challenge themselves.
Every Sunday morning we have regular training sessions at the real grass pitch locate at Chai Wan Lei Yue Mun Village Park. Parents are encouraged to come with their kids and enjoy this excellent parenting activity.

Hong Kong University Sandy Bay RFC introduces young people from ages 4 to 18 to the great game of rugby. The very nature of rugby and the differing requirements of each team position means that rugby is truly a game for all - the big and the small; the fast and the not so fast - you are always welcome to come on down to Sandy Bay and give rugby a try!
The Club is a member club registered under the Hong Kong Rugby Union (HKRU) and the Hong Kong Mini Rugby Football Union (HKMRFU). The Club is also a registered non-profit making organization. The objective is to actively promote the rugby sport among the children and youth living in the Eastern District of Hong Kong Island. Besides, the Club is a member of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) district sport club project, helping to promote and develop sport activities in the district. Our coaches have received training from the HKRU and obtained the relevant coach recognition. Together with a group of enthusiastic volunteer parents, we provide a series of regular rugby training to the children and youths. Each year, the Club will participate in the seasonal matches organized by the various mini rugby clubs. In this way, our players can grow up in a happy, healthy, challenging and disciplined social life.
Police Mini Rugby Club was founded by Peter Whitton in 2010. The club has grown considerably since then, from just 9 children at the first training session to around 100 members now. Fully supported by the Police Rugby Club, the minis play in the same red, yellow and black as the seniors. PMRC introduces the sport of rugby to children from 4 to 11 years of age in a safe and comfortable environment. As well as learning the basic skills of rugby, players develop teamwork, leadership and sportsmanship through fun and creative training sessions.
SCAA Causeway Bay Mini Rugby aims to introduce rugby to young people between the ages of 4-12 and ensure that all players enjoy the friendship, exercise and life skills that rugby provides. Our successful Junior Cubs cater to children between 3 and 4 to provide structured coaching focused on fun games to improve children's physical and social development.
Our club is open to anyone interested in joining regardless of SCAA membership. We are a family orientated club that encourages you to become active members and to participate in coaching sessions led by our director of rugby and top coaches.
We were founded by a small group of parents who recognised that the large population of the Sai Kung District was not adequately provided for in the fast growing and ever popular sport of Rugby.
Our main focus is development of children in Rugby, from minis starting from the age of 4, up to the youth teams up to late teens, allowing the young stars of tomorrow to learn all about Rugby in a safe, friendly and fun environment.
The South Lantau Buffaloes Rugby Football Club are a rugby club with a great community atmosphere. We welcome all boys and girls aged from 4 to 18. Our training ground in Tai O boasts the only all-grass pitch on Lantau Island for Rugby, and our Coaches and players wear kit designed and made in Hong Kong.
Our skilled Coaches train the Buffaloes, our qualified First Aiders look after any medical needs and our superb “Sideline Snacks” team are on-hand with the refreshments. Training is on Sundays from 9:30 to 11:00.

The Shatin Shapei Rugby Football Club (SSP) was established in 1992. SSP is a non-profit organization and one of the pioneer local community mini rugby football clubs in Hong Kong. Our primary objective is to cultivate and develop children age between 5 and 12 years old to become rugby player of the future. Our club provides programmed rugby training at Sha Tin Hin Tin Playground every Sunday morning for the children around the Sha Tin and Ma On Shan area. Based in the real grass rugby pitch of Tai Hang Tung Recreation Ground in Prince Edward area, Tai Hang Tung Shiaolin Rugby Club is one of a local Chinese mini rugby club that has established for over 25 years. With over 140 active members and growing, our club carries out training in Cantonese through the effort of member parents and coaches. As a member of HKRU, our goal is to introduce and enrich rugby experience of children from the age of 4 to 12; providing an environment to coach our children on teamwork, discipline and physical skills. Rugby playing can foster the relationship between parents and children.
TUEN MUN SHARKS RUGBY CLUB 屯門虎鯊欖球會創辦於1997年,主要服務屯門區,提供一個機會讓區內市民接觸欖球活動。本會藉着推廣欖球,培育新一代,並將欖球精神(正面積極、互助互愛、團隊合作、不放棄、以及個人成長)宣揚至全區。
Tai Po Rugby Football Club (TPRFC) was formed in 1993 and named as Tai Po Dragons Rugby Football Club at the time founded. After re-establish in 2009, TPRFC as the active club ran by the locals that to promote the rugby training for age 4 to 18 in Tai Po.
Around 100 players and accompanied by the parents, children play rugby every Sunday Morning in Tai Po. To echo the Hong Kong Rugby Union (HKRU)’s cause of making “Hong Kong Rugby – A Game for All”, all our committees are formed by our parents’ voluntary works. All our coaches are International Rugby Board (IRB) qualified and with the ambition in teaching the children. Through the rugby, our children can develop teamwork, communication, respect and gain the family supports etc.
Every year, as the only local clubs that host the mini-festival in Kings Park Sports Ground, it provides the great opportunity for cross-cultural communications to both local and expatriate children. Not only organizing the mini-festivals, we also active in the involvements in Sevens. Our players participate in the Mini-Rugby Showcase to have matches with other clubs and March past at Hong Kong Sevens every year. It is our honor any joyfulness for our children to be part of the game.
Even the time past, our mission never changes. Our players still strong, be hardworking and never give up in their daily lives. We still as the rugby club that grounded near Tolo Harbour and keep on promoting rugby in our district.
Hong Kong Rugby - A Game For All
TSW Eagle Rugby Club was established in 1995 by a group of local parents who had absolutely no idea of what rugby was! Our Club's mission is to promote family harmony in building child-parent relationships and in today's society where TV and computer games play such a significant part in children and teenagers' leisure time, rugby provides an excellent opportunity in that it promotes perseverance, teamwork, social interaction and communication.
As well as providing a solid base for our members to enjoy competitive games with other local rugby clubs in an outdoor environment, we also arrange activities such as BBQ, hiking, holiday camps and other day trips as team building exercises. We welcome youngsters between 5-19 years old, boys and girls, and provide 3 free training sessions; so please free to join us to see what we get up to!

Valley Fort RFC has over 750 players and runs boys and girls teams from Under 5 to Under 19. Founded as Stanley Fort RFC in the late 1970s, the club was based at the British Garrison in Stanley, since transferred to the PLA. Linking up with Valley RFC in 2002, the name was changed to Valley Fort RFC and the club now benefits from professional coaching from Soc Gen Valley RFC players for all age groups and also offers a seamless path to senior rugby. The club trains at a number of venues, mostly on the Southside of Hong Kong island. These include the PLA barracks in Stanley, HKIS in Tai Tam, Aberdeen Sports Ground and in Happy Valley.
The Macau Bats Rugby Club was formed in 2008 and has just over 100 children aged 6-18 playing rugby. We are called the Bats because in Chinese culture Bats symbolise fortune and happiness - "Bat" (蝠) looks and sounds similar to "Fortune" (福).
